Updated for 2025, this directory includes every hobby level R/C shop currently open for business that I could find in the United States and has grown to include over 700 brick and mortar stores nationwide. There are a few tracks on the list as some areas only hobby shop is connected to a track, but what's not listed are:

Race tracks with no parts/accessories available
Hobby shops concentrating on non-R/C interests
Businesses whose primary function is not hobby related
Craft Stores that do not cater to R/C’ers

Burgerville is a northwest thing, there are very few and they used to have pretty decent burgers but you get very little for your money these days. There is one right next to Tammies as well, I used to go there most every day since we had short lunch breaks and nothing else really close.
