Really nothing special here, but all these years later my wife came across these old pictures of mine. This car was my younger brothers that I built for him back then. Thinking back to when we built it I could have sworn it came with red logo wheels and not the white wheels a Junior Two should have. Here’s my confirmation
Pretty cool for me seeing these old photos.

I'm gonna do/say it............ ..........switch those upper rear shock mounts to the rear of the shock tower!

I couldn't resist.

That really looks like fun, though. I remember going to the hobby shop with my cousin to finally pick up the JuniorT after completing his layaway payments. Layaway! I'm confident we all remember "layaway"! Then it was down to the basement for assembly, while I "tuned" my TRX-1, with HydraDrive! Ooooooh, awwwwww.

I did the same thing when I built my Traxxas Eagle. What can I say.... I've built a lot of rc10's.

Cool pics! Interesting that this buggy came with red logo wheels instead of the white 5 spokes.. Also a red antenna mount instead of black.

Later kits moved to the red wheels. I think the anodizing became darker also..... like a blueish gray instead of the silver.

Interesting. I'm glad I got an earlier one then. I think I would have been pretty mad if I had gotten red wheels instead of the sweet white spokes.

That’s what I thinking.. 1995 was about the end of the run for the Junior 2 & T, so they were probably using up whatever parts they had left.

At the time it would be weird maybe, but with benefit of hindsight now would be cool to have recevied a we're using up spare parts kit. AE did it too with the RC10's. If you had one today you could get everyone on FB arguing about it and then put it on Ebay for a premium I am sure. :D
