Oh man scr8p! You just might have gotten the best deal I've ever seen for one of those. Lucky lucky lucky!

the chassis was on for less than an hour. i think it was viewed like 18-20 times. i just can't believe no one picked it up. and for that price, there was no way i was passing it up.

i made the mistake of early on in my rc10 re-interest of getting a nip truck kit and dying it all blue...

by far one of the coolest chassis conversions imo.

got a question, hoopty. does the kit include the steering knuckles, castor blocks, and rear hub carriers? i'm just wondering how much of the car will be rpm when it's done.

it doesnt come with the front steering knuckles or c-hubs, and dont recal if the rear carriers came with it. and i dunno if it will come with the rpm specific teamcar front shock tower, but you can adapt a rc10t version if you have to. the rpm rc10t steering enhancement kits pop up on ebay quite a bit and i've seen the teamcar front shock tower come and go as well.

i'm fairly sure everything else is rpm, but its been quite awhile since i had the pleasure of a nip rpm ultra molded chassis.

be carefull with the battery holddown 'clips', i've broken them before from being a heavy handed dork.

What is the difference between the buggy and truck chassis, By pics I have seen the buggy chassis seems to be milled out or somethimg. Any more differences.

buggy chassis is shorter, and in the rear the buggy chassis is narrowed for use with the widearm suspension while the truck just has a normal width rear end.

well, i opened up the main bag, and here's what's all included. minus the trans. that parts lot showed up today, too. :D seems like the only rc10 suspension parts i'll need is the castor blocks, steering knuckles, and the rear shock tower. one thing i noticed is the holes for the rear chassis brace are not drilled in the right location. so, i'll have to deal with that later.

so sweet...

wierd it came with the team car front tower and not the ultra molded version. (team car has slots for nose tubes, ultra molded version didnt)

what do you mean by rear brace holes?
