What are these universals?
I have these axles with removable dog bongs I meant DOG BONES. What are they for and what brand are they?

I've never seen those before. the thick part of the axle looks much too short, do they fit a 10?

Do you need special hexes for these?
It looks like the treaded part is too short to press the wheel and standard thickness hex onto the conical part of the axle.

They are not hexs. They are a press fit hub that is conical shaped where it sits against the axle and then knurled where it fits against the wheel. Everything is held together by wheel nut tension.

Basically I used the stock compression hub, and inside the wheels is a plastic hex. It's all held tight by nut tension just like the stock wheels.
