Mugen Athlete build

Here goes the start of my Mugen Athlete build. I have already begun a Mugen Super Sport build thread which has sat idle for quite a while. It is waiting on parts to be anodized. I am hoping to finish both of them in the near decade.
This build starts with a very special milled and hard anodized chassis. I've never seen another, and I don't know who made it. It's 4.3mm thick. It was previously built into a slider, and that is the main donor for this build. There is some staining from the diff cases, but that will be covered once built. A big thank you to Jon Cook for the car and some parts.
Seeing Kmax's beautiful Athlete build has spurred me on to start mine. I'll use parts from the donor slider, as well as lots of new stock and aftermarket parts.
The center diff is a lovely piece with anodized aluminum mounts and a carbon fiber top brace. I am fortunate enough to have my pick of blue or purple special wheel nuts. These are tough to find items. Finding vintage upgrades is one of my favorite aspects of these builds.
I am still waiting on 2 large orders of parts to arrive and then things should start moving quickly. I am still undecided on an engine for this car. Suggestions welcome.
