Has anyone seen these?

These look like they would thread into 4-40 threaded nylon and fit the current 5.5mm current associated ball cups. Or are these 4.3 mm ball studs with a 5.5mm long 4-40 thread

It says 5.5mm long. I'd assume that's thread length.
