1980 Demon 2 speed controller

Going back a bit here.... almost to the beginning of Demon.

This is in remarkable condition, with the original dating sticker still intact - '802 330' indicating a Feb 1980 build date, unit number 330.

The Demon 1 was forward only, the 2 had reverse.

I also managed to find a mag review for these units and an advert from March 1980 (Model Cars Monthly).

Thank you for posting up that link. It is a great watch for myself as I am looking over all of his old electronics at the minute. As you say, nice to get a mention also. Nick and I were chatting quite regularly at that time, along with Francis too of course.
