After some cleaning, fixing, dyeing, and replacing, I finally came up with something that looks pretty decent.

I bought someone's wreck off eBay a few years ago. The right side rear apparently took a good hit. The T-bar was cracked and most of the diff parts were missing including the wheel. Half the nylon parts were purple and the chassis was covered in old adhesive. The Raceco front end came with it (thanks to Phin for the ID). The servo seemed 'not right' and the old Airtronics receiver was an orphan but the Tekin TSG411G ESC may be salvageable and it seems to have a decent motor, a Black Box Racing 14x2 in an Epic can.

The aim was to just repair it as inexpensively as possible since I really just wanted to make it a complete roller. The front end and shock just got cleaned up as did the worn hardware. Anything purple got dyed black. New T-bar. New Kimbrough spur, new balls and rings and new axle bearings in CRC height adjusters. I had to get creative with the thrust bearing and I ended up just using a stack of bearing spacers and two RJ Speed belleville washers. 3-hole hubs from RC4Less let me mount new Xceed foams.

It's a good looking little roller. Nicely done.

Thanks! If it were a full-size car it would definitely be a '20 footer'. It's been straightened and cleaned up but still has quite a bit of wear and patina. But it's come a long way from where it started which is what I'm happy about.

I'm interested by the hubs you used to mount 3 holes wheels. Is it that part: https://www.rc4less.com/product_info.php?cPath=24&products_id=164&osCsid=1e2954e316d5f2a35ba96edf609d337a? If yes, does it fit the diff without changing anything else?
It could be a good solution for my epoxy R12LW.

Yes, those are the hubs I used. The problem with them (and any other modern 3-hole hubs) is that the diff side of the older rear axle is a lot longer than it needs to be since 3-hole wheels are not a part of the diff like the old-style 2-holes are, they are just bolted on. I had to stack up about an inch worth of .25" i.d. spacers so the diff nut was able to press on the belleville washers. The wheel hides it well and the diff works as it should but it's a bit ugly.
