Can anyone ID this top shaft in the B3 I'm building? It's aluminum, and there's a stud that threads in for the slipper hardware. I can't seem to find anything online. Thanks in advance.

It does, but that's strange because it still has the factory slipper setup. I suppose someone could've eliminated the slipper, tore up the gearbox, and decided to go back to stock.

Hi,
Pictures would be good.
I missed the part about the stud, it could be a Factory Works Slipper,

Scroll down the L/H side to power clutch.

That is how our Power Clutch are designed but it’s not ours, we didn’t make one for stealth trans

I'll take some pics in a bit. I haven't cracked the case all the way open yet.

Hi,
Looks like you have a mixture of parts mostly B3, perhaps download a manual?

Maybe get a Team Associated top shaft ASC6571 ?

Yeah, I've got the manual.
I don't know if I need to change it. It was assembled when I got it, so I'm just going to slap it back together. I was curious if anybody knew what that top shaft was, and if I possibly needed different spacers to shim it inside the case or whatnot. There was 2 diff gears, one white, one gray, and 2 idlers, one black and one grey, and the white diff feels chunky in the transmission, like the mesh is off, so I mixed and matched until the transmission felt smooth.
These are the joys of buying used cars, I suppose.
Thanks for your help!
