My RC12LW is missing diff parts. Inexpensive options?

This RC12LW eBay find I'm cleaning up is coming along pretty well but I'm going to have to address the diff problem. And by 'diff problem' I mean that it's missing half of it.

Working from left to right, I have up to and including the diff balls and spur gear, but everything else is MIA. It looks like the 4359 wheel spacer/drive hub is attainable but the required 4360 bearing mount insert is not, making going that route moot. Availability of the 8213 belleville washer and spacer assembly is spotty anyway.

So is there an inexpensive way to piece a drive hub/thrust/spring assembly together? I'm not at all concerned with period correctness or even if I use Associated parts. I just want to make this thing functional.

Does anyone make an inexpensive non-metric complete rear 1:12 pan car axle and diff? And I assume going to 3-hole hubs would be worth doing while I was at it, yes? I only have one rear wheel so I need to buy a set of new wheels/tires anyway. :)

It's a bit difficult knowing exactly what you are missing but will this help you out? 3 hole wheels fit this conversion.

RJ speed should have the hardware as far as thrust bearing and belville washers.

That looks promising, thanks. How durable are 3D printed nylon parts nowadays compared to the molded nylon plastic of the era?

Yep, I came across those and might give them a shot. Thanks!

I would opt for the 3 bolt hubs as you can use modern wheels, or better yet a 3/2 pattern hub so you can fit either 3 bolt or 2 bolt rims, plus you don’t have to disassemble the axle every time you want to change tires.
