10 years later

Post by Steve71 »

Had one of those "memory" picture pop up on my facebook feed today. First pic was me about 10 years ago at 403 lbs 😬 Picture below it is me today at 213lbs (190lbs lighter). Sometimes I wonder if I had not made the lifestyle changes I made over the past 10 years if I would even be around today or if I would have dropped dead of a heart attack.

Congrats Steve. If you never made that lifestyle change all those years back, you may still be here but likely with health issues that would prevent you from enjoying life like you do now. Great job man.

Yup. I know back then my back use to hurt me almost on a daily bases, just from carrying all that weight around. Now outside of a sore Lat every once in a while I haven't had an actual backache in a very long time.

Great job man. I struggle to keep myself at a reasonable weight, kudos to you. As I get older it gets that much harder.
