Trail trucks: Ford vs. Chevy

Post by XLR8 »

I've happened upon this awesome video and thought I'd share it here.

That jump sequence at around 2:40 is amazing!

I have a TF2 Blazer and after seeing this, I want to build a Bronco so I've ordered the hard body, an SCX10II clone chassis from Austar and a set of those amazing looking wheels in polished aluminum. I have the paint and electronics so I think I can complete the build for under 300 bucks. The goal is to have a simple Bronco trail truck that looks great and goes really FAST!.

Thanks Matt.
His youtube channel is filled with similar videos.
He is using some serious camera equipment to achieve those amazing shots.
His passion for scale RC's and videography comes through loud and clear.

Hey Matt, check this out...
Adjust the time slider to 2:30 and take a look at his Hilux shelf queen collection. I think you'll agree, his paint work is absolutely jaw dropping!! The soundtrack ain't half bad either.

Weathered paint and blacked-out trim are fine but I'm an old guy who still appreciates shiny paint and chrome.
