Hello from Minnesota!

Hey guys! Getting back into 1/10th R/C after a 30 yr hiatus. Back in the day I had several 1/10's, including an RC10T, Tamiya Avante 4wd, Tamiya Bruiser (yes, a real one), Kyosho Ultima, yada yada yada. All of the 1/10's are long gone, but I held onto my Kyosho MiniZ's and a few tanks, 1/16 and one in 1/6.

Well, Last night I bought an RC10 online. From what I have studied here, it appears to be a late RC10CE, gold tub, Stealth trans, black plastic shock tops, green label AE motor, ect. I can't tell if it has the white World Car rear control arms though- I'll have to see when it gets here. I probably spent to much, but it seems to be complete with some normal wear and all stock (including manual speed controller).

Anyways- Looking forward to jumping back in the hobby and learning as much as I can here on this awesome site!

Hi John and welcome aboard.
Wow, 30 years is a long time. I was away from RC for around 20 but for some reason I never sold my cars or equipment during that time, I just kept toting the stuff from location to location. I thought once about giving everything to the neighbor kids but now I'm actually glad I didn't.
Looking forward to seeing your CE when it arrives.
