Traxxas Franken- slipper conversion

Hi all,
I wanted to share my slipper conversion to dual pad slipper clutch.
Since the classic Traxxas slipper already is double sided I was searching for spur gears that would fit the center bushing. Well I was not successful doing that so I decided to turn down the center bushing to the diameter of a Team Durango spur gear:
Center Bushing original and modified:
Spur gears old / new:
3Racing Slipper pads added:
Complete unit:
Installed in mid-motor Graupner Radicator Expert:
I am aware of the STRC slipper shaft to accept the associated slipper, I also have 2 of those, but I was looking for a different approach. The X-Ray spur gears center hole is too big and will require a whole new center bushing.
Let me know what you think.
