Repro Novak labels?

Hi folks,
anyone knows who makes repro Novak stickies (MCI doesn't... Ultrahive doesn't care to answer) so I can give some well-needed cosmetic TLC to this baby?

Yep, Ultrahive wont answer any questions....even if u go to his ebay bmx stuff listed and contact seller. Nothing!

I'm fairly confident that I could create the vector artwork if we can find someone to print them.
I think the Novak decals were originally printed on gold foil backed vinyl? Do we know if MCI can print on this material?
Anyway, I've created these motor decals and others like them for my 3D models so I should be able to handle the artwork.
Please let me know if you think I can help.
