I ordered some AE silicon differntal gear grease... when I got it it said NOT FOR STEALTH TRANSMISSION????
This was the whole reason I purchased it....
What's wrong with it? I just waited a week to rebuild the tranny..

the original 6636 grease that you ordered is made to allow some slip, it was for the 6 gear trans. The stealth lube does not allow as much slip. You are looking for the part number 6591

I think you've received gear grease that suitable for trans gears and geared diffs. You need actual diff lube #6591 that's meant for the ball diff.

Red label silicone grease in a stealth diff WILL ruin the diff. You need the black label stealth stuff.
