After doing some digging it looks like this is an Jerobee/MRP Ampex Prophet body. I believe the "Ampex" portion of the name just notates the sponsor decals that came with the body. It's difficult to find any photos or information on this one, but if anyone knows where I could find one, I would appreciate the lead.
