Zerda -vs- YZ-834B

So today I had a couple of cars out for a spin on my freshly mowed lawn , a Hirobo Zerda and a Yokomo YZ-834b , both running 10.5t brushless systems , I've never driven them back to back before .
I always wondered why the Zerda did not kick the Dogfighter into next week , if you look at the chassis other than the rear motor in the Zerda it's virtually a modern design , all round double wishbone with adjustable top camber links , C hubs up front , belt drive , enclosed diffs .
The Dogfighter is the last of the very old school , long trailing arms , one way rollers up front with no diff , good front double wishbone suspension with C hubs but no adjustable camber , chain drive and a toyish gearbox .
So how did it go , well history tells it right , the Dogfighter was just more predictable and stable , the Zerda even at 1/3 throttle was popping wheelies and very light on its front wheels under power and far more likely to roll in a tight corner , even my 17.5t virtually stock Dogfighter was just plain better handling and could use its power far better .
I guess I need a mid motor modified Zerda now to make a more full comparison .

Different comparison with no science but zerda v light build compared to beagle and I guess optima. A little chunk of ballast to keep the zerdas nose down maybe

I was actually planning on trying a bit of extra weight up front , that will probably really help , I'm thinking of removing the 17.5 t brushless system from my stock Dogfighter and fitting a brushed motor and esc , then probably put the 17.5 t into the Zerda , the Zerda just can't use the power of the 10.5 t motor that's in it , I never really got it over half throttle .
