I made chassis protector out of 0.5mm lexan sheet. If that does not work I will have to find a way to get Mattox one as thy don't ship internationally anymore.
With a lot of research on here and help from some awesome members, I've finally brought my RC10 Graphite back from the dusty basement. I got into RC's way back in the mid 80's and my first real rc was a Futaba FX-10. My Dad (he funded and...

Great Looking Car, i like the Custom Bracket for the speed controller, the graphites are a little cramped for space and this fixes the problem nicely
Thanks, my Dad worked at a plastics manufacturing plant. The bracket was his addition made out...
I was going to hold off until I got further in the build, but I got board today. I been collecting a few parts here and there, and will continue to for a while longer due to some short term financial issues.

Well, I've been playing around with the idea of taking the RC10 graphite runner and doing a current WOIN build with it.
Some ideas I've been playing around with first as the layout of the electronics and using a shorty pack. Most of my batteries...

do those rear hubs have the same geometry as the regular rc10 hubs? if they are, you can just ream the standard parts, hell, the re-release hubs are a loose fit on the standard bearings, so they might just work as is.
I picked this car up recently. Been wanting a graphite chassis RC10 for a while now and finally got one. This is how it came.... and it does need a little attention.
Will tear it down and give it a good clean and once over.... more to come....
I'm brand new to the Forum and I just want to say I'm glad to have found you guys, now I don't have to bore my wife to tears with talk of differentials and 4 minute motors.
Can anyone ID my RC10's graphite chassis? I was thinking it was an...

if you go with the new CE style shock towers, I *think* you will need to go to the longer CE front shocks also (original short arm car had .56 size, CE has .71 size).
I would just pick up a nice used receiver with the newer plug style, the Futaba G...
Snapped a pic today of the runner that I got recently. I bought it from a scammer on another forum (as I found out when it showed up as a roller with not much else working) and ended up having to get some new electronics from civilguy here on this...
