Need Kyosho Stinger MK I Brake 3D printed.

I have one of the rare brake assemblies for the Kyosho Stinger MK I and would like to get it 3D printed for replacements for my runner. Would anyone know a reputable enterprise that could do that and be trusted to use the original part for the 3D modeling?

I'm going to bump this. Does anyone know some one that would be willing to 3D print this brake part? It is a small 1" by 1/2 " Nylon piece that could be easily 3D printed I just don't have the equipment. I can measure the item and post pictures I can even try to get a CAD file made if I can manage it. There are limited amounts of this item and I would like to have brakes on my runner.
Thanks.

How complicated is it? Something that can be machined?

it is a very small piece and would need to have a few holes drilled through after production.

I'm not really familiar with that part, can you show a pic of it with the whole assembly? Also please show a couple views of it off the car.
Assuming it doesn't have crap loads of force it would probably be okay to print in ABS on a home printer, or nylon at Shapeways.
I can probably help you out with it if it's as simple as I think it is, I'm too busy to take on anything complicate though, I'm good enough at coming up with those projects on my own

Ok here are some pictures of the buggy. I have included measurements in millimeters. The front is moved to provide the channel father vertical mounting bolt and the rear is planed flat.

You may need to resize them. Fast image resizer or paint or if you are on a personal device there are apps.

If you can post the pics I asked for and it's not too complex I'll reverse engineer it for you and print one out. May need you to mail me the part.
Edit: I see you got the pics to work, great. Easy part, let me see what I can do. Do you have a caliper you could take some accurate measurements with?

Holy crap Jeff, that was fast!
This is a great team effort to help this fellow out. I'll make the 3D model and print one out in black ABS and get it in the mail. I'm out of town now, so it maybe around a week before I get to it.

You're welcome!
Merry Christmas to you too.
Don't sweat the cost, it's literally going to be cents worth of ABS filament and I can do CAD models in my sleep

shipping won't be much either, assuming you're in the US.

Okay then, I can just send it in a padded envelope. I'll get your address from you when it's ready to go.
