Going to get my SMR B4 ready to rock for the last meeting at maritime as this was where it had its debut, will try and drag the designer/builder Scott out of retirement with his car

So made a start, found a rudebits under servo weight and some alloy D413 servo posts, next up is to mount up a shorty lipo with some posts/thumb screws and get some electrics in it

Thanks, it ran well but just got it done before mid Motor took over, was a fun project and great skills but my mate Scott who killed the chassis from a big lump of Ali on a hand mill

So after robbing this car for parts for my B4 build, I have sourced a load of B4 plastics and It'll be going back together soon!

As it stands.......

Cleaned and ready to be rebuilt

Made a start, cleaned all the plastics and polished up the driveshafts, they came up pretty well!

Polished up the other driveshaft, got luckily on the Trinity alloy rear hubs, bargain at £8.00!

Also found some white RPM ball cups for the build, going retro on this car

Front ends on now

Had an order of bits arrive today so I can get it back together!

And it’s back together now!

So the main spec changes are

TRF shocks
Trinity rear hubs
Ti lunsford quick tune shock mounts
B6.1 gearbox with gear diff

That is a sweet looking B4.
