Ha huh uh, so I had a chance to dart over to the LHS to watch some club racing (I don't have any of my "rides" with me at the moment). This dude was tearing it up in 17.5 buggy with a TRX Bandito (after having hacked most of the field at the tone) and it was pretty sweet. He was trailing a dude rolling one of those newish Serpent buggies it was a fairly technical track. The second heat was a clean start with the Bandit dude, same result. I get over talking to the shop manager between heats and I put 2 & 2 together and the Serpent and Bandit dudes are the shop team drivers and the buggies are bone stock out of the box. Well duh they can drive but I thought it was interesting. It was turf. Just thought I'd share that. Of course the Bandit and driver took all kinds of ribbing from the announcer which I thought was kinda weaksauce. The thing was leading a couple of B5's, a B6, and a 22. Good drivers.
