Just put a brushless 4600 castle in my 10T.........the slipper is tightened down all the way it seems but the power is still not really getting to the wheels........ I am not familiar with the slipper set as I
All I have really ran are original rc10's...... So does anyone have a breakdown on how it's assembled.....the slipper is behind the spur gear on this on.....I'm wondering is I need to replace the slipper clutch as it's an original and maybe has hardened and doesn't hold as well?

Any help is much appreciated thanks :D

More than likely the diff is slipping not the slipper

Hold a tire and the spur gear with one hand. Try turning the other tire. If the nut on the slipper turns with the wheel, your slipper is looser than the diff and that is good- as it should be. If the nut stays in place, it means your diff is slipping and you need to tighten it (very possible it needs a rebuild). To tighten it, remove the dogbone from the passenger side of the truck and insert a 5/64 Allen wrench. Tighten a little bit at a time until the diff isn't slipping before the slipper

Always make sure the slipper slips before the diff.

What does a rebuild consist of! New bearings and grease? Or new everything?

The tc3 rebuild has most of the stuff..associated #3926
I would do a diff gear 6580 and balls 6581 while your there.
You will need stealth lube #6591
