What is it about Lake Forest, CA that Team Associate and Kyosho USA are both located there?

Most likely got a good deal on the buildings. There are tons of industrial places in South Orange County. Ofna is out there also (nitro House), HPI, Kawasaki Oakley and so on.

Actually Tamiya USA moved to Irvine,(Distribution Center) down a ways from MAzda USA warranty Center. In Aliso Viejo the track is still there. Just been repaved. the new company that took over the building let it stay. They moved a few years back, In Irvine not to Far from Tamiya, is Novak just down the street from my Work. Yokomo USA used ot be across the street i used to walk over and see what was up (since they had older stuff there also) Axial i think is not to far away form them in Lake Forest also
