RIT Sunshine Orange

I'm looking to dye a pair of natural Pro-Line rear wheels to match the early orange wheels that Losi used on the JRX2. RIT Sunshine Orange looks like a good match but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this colour?

Any photo's you can post of your results will be gratefully appreciated! :)

Farmer used rit orange for the wheels on this project. Looks great in my opinion. Hope this helps!

Dan,

Thanks for the link but I'm wondering if it's still a bit too dark to match the early JRX2 kit wheels......?

having used rit dye ive found that using different ratios of dye and water gets different results, it can differ again depending on how long you dye it for, id recomend getting some and using some scrap parts if you have any to see what results you get.

X2.

If you mess about with dye ratios you may find a slightly weaker solution gives you the perfect finish.
