Need some RC10GT CVD assistance.

Post by mAdMan »

I have a GT setup with CVDs. I don't like them. One was clicking and its apparent they don't last like quality dogbones.

1. I popped out the CVDs and the RPM hubs have larger (frozen) bearings, I don't have new ones.
2. So I popped in the stock hub, bearings, stub axle, dog bone, axle pin, and pop on the turnbuckle.
...NOW THE DOG BONE IS TOO SHORT.

The rear arms are stock length.

What's going on here?

Usually cvd's wear due to lack of lube

With the dogbones did you use the spacer and spring? They are required
