Found this place while googling for forums that had threads about Kyosho Scorpions. This one seemed to be the most active one when it comes to discussions about vintage Kyosho cars! :)

I'm currently rebuilding a vintage Kyosho Scorpion that I bought second hand back in '83.
You'll soon be able to see a build thread about that one! :)
