Yokomo RPS 834B
This car has yet to be restored. I bought this off ebay awhile back. I just found a new unpainted RPS body for it. I still need to tear it down and clean it up. Found some original tires and wheels. I really like the look of these buggies. Does anyone have a picture of the box art buggy that is not a drawing? I would like to do the body like the yellow box. Thank you

Nice car mate! If you are returning it to stock and want to sell the hop-ups just let me know as I love these cars. Will that body be for sale too?

Re: Yokomo RPS 834B
Thanks for the comments guys. Dr Robotnik, I am planning on keeping the car like it is just cleaning it up a bit. I will let you know on the body but for now I think I will keep it. Mauri Hunter, I did just get the new body. It was not cheap but I have never seen one come up before so I went for it. This is one of my favorite 4wd's so I am trying to justify the cost.

Buy a shop vacuum, attach it to a perforated tray. Lay your preheated lexan (preheated in your cooker/oven) on the mold on the perferated tray and voila, cheap vacuum forming. Now go forth sir Jay!

Re: Yokomo RPS 834B
Are you interested by a scan of a vintage ad from RCCA ca. 1986? Just drawings though, but it lists all the changes vs. the std. 834... let me know and I will scan it and post it here.

Ed, I am very anal about quality and don't want to produce anything worse than the original. Not to disrespect your recommendation, but I would have to make sure it met my standards.Dr. Robotnik wrote:Buy a shop vacuum, attach it to a perforated tray.
