Dunno if it's been done or not but quite simple. The rear needs 3/16 axles then the hex of choice. The front needs SC10/T4.2 caster blocks and hex steering block an axles then the hex itself.. If you check parts lists or manuals on Team Associated website you can find the part numbers.. Many guys have done it with the DS to be able to use HPI vintage style wheels, a quick search through the on road section might give you an idea of whats involved..

depending on offset, and if you strictly care about ROAR regulations, you may be able to just run the hex adapters on the 1/4" axles like so:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/associated-RC10-hex-adapter-for-RC10-1-4-axles-/331568163977?hash=item4d3300ac89

for the front run the B4.x type hex axles as mentioned.
