Marui Big Bear repair?

Wondering if there's a solution to finding tires for these Big Bears? The originals are extremely hard to find, and I likely wouldn't want to drive on them anyways. Is there something that fits from another vehicle? Either a tire and wheel combo, or even just tires that will fit the old wheels.

Actually, something more realistic would be preferable. Maybe a bit narrower?

you can (tightly) stretch some lunchbox tires on bigbear rims. you'll need glue though. personally I like the look on mine

So I was lucky enough to find adapters for the rear wheels to fit Blackfoot, Monster Beetle, etc wheels/tires on the back of the Big Bear.

Wondering how the fronts would mount? They *appear* to just be bearings, with no weird hex nuts or anything. I wonder if it's just a matter of getting the right size bearings, or maybe even my Marui bearings would fit?

Also, does anyone have any parts they'd like to unload for the Big bear? I'm missing quite a lot. All of the steering stuff is gone, there appears to be no spur gear in the tranny, motor and whatever plastic brackets to fasten it are gone, lights for the roll bar are missing, etc. If anyone is willing to help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Finding electronics to work would be easy, assuming I went with newer stuff. But that may not be do-able with however that stock motor is supposed to mount. Ideas? Maybe pull the motor and esc from my re-re Wild Willy?

Gawd, I haven't worked on one of these in 25 years, so my memory on them is hazy at best. It doesn't *have* to run, but I would like to make it complete.
