My F-350

Hey guys! This isn't anything amazing, just an update and a question. I bought this Tamiya F-350 back when it was originally released. I put it together and painted it with color shifting paint. It was supposed to shift from blue to red. In reality, it was pretty much purple. :( I bashed it around a bit then took the body off and disassembled it with the intention to repaint it.

Last weekend, I heard something fall behind my nightstand. I reached back and pulled up a bag of hardware, a front grill and the window insert from the F-350. I realized the body has been apart for years. I finally repainted it metallic orange and put everything back together. I think it came out much better than the original color.

Question: Can anyone recommend a set of bolt-on oil shocks for this beast? It's very bouncy with the stock setup. Not that there's anything wrong with bouncy, right Joe Walsh?

This is the original paint.

the bounciness is from the still leafs and springs in the shocks. You could go with softer plastic leafs from RC4wd and then get some coilover oil dampers.

I'm not sure which ones exactly but start looking at RC4WD they have oil shocks and should help and be th right size.

Also the RCCrawler site might have closer info?
