I need front and rear wing arms, chassis brace plates, bearings, etc. Does anyone no if the parts will fit the vintage Assault, Advance or even turbo scorpion?

All 2014 parts will fit except for the gearbox on the Assault and Advance since you can’t attach the motor.

Cool thanks, i kind of figured they would be interchangeable, but I noticed some of the parts looked slightly different. The parts for the 2014 scorpion are way cheaper and easy to find on eBay. I went ahead and ordered a bunch of replacement parts. Thanks again.

I'm rebuilding an original Scorpion, I'm kinda tempted now to use Re-release parts and hang the originality of it

I have Kyosho buggy's that are original for displaying on a shelf and for collecting, but for runners I am going to use Re-release parts. They are very cheap on eBay at the moment.

I went to Banzai, but by the time I added a few parts together for restoring mine, I would be almost the same price to buy a complete Re-release kit.

I was interested to know this myself because I'm looking at getting hold of an Assault. Does anyone other than ebay sell the Beetle wheels separately?

Ebay is the only place I know of, I guess you can try all the online forums wanted and for sale sections. By the way, there is a Kyosho assault for sale on eBay right now, the seller has it listed as an Advance... Finding some these old parts can be a pain, I am currently looking for a Decal and Body set for a Turbo Scorpion and Advance with no luck and the repos aren't as good.

Some original parts is darn hard to find and expensive as body's and Beetle/Assault wheels.
