Hi there,

I'm josh (afka lidz, rclidz, R/C Lidz), I've been painting now for over 10 years, and have been into the aesthetic side of the hobby since I was a kid. Concourse contests were always much more interesting to me than who actually won the race

Anyway, I have painted hundreds of bodies, from 1/24 slot cars to 1/5 scale FG's. I have done mild to wild, from free to ... um, not so free

I posted a link to web photobucket album as my website (hope that works). I am always happy to answer any type of questions that arise.

Welcome Josh...I think I've seen some of your work, posted on RCTech.net, if I'm not mistaken...nice painting skills. Be sure to add some pictures of your vintage RC car projects, we all love vintage RC porn.

I really love doing it. There's the puzzle solving aspect of it- trying to figure out how to do a certain scheme. Then there's the reaction from a friend when they see their new ride... that's what I like the best
