First I apologize if these belonged to anyone here but both of these "things" are sad attempts. It had to be said. The composite buggy is just crazy. Almost every piece of hardware is wrong or on backwards. Got some funky front end things going on. Drilled extra holes way out in the arms to widen the shocks out. Has this extra support turnbuckle thing going on but the front tower is loose from the mounts. Found more holes in the rear bulkhead for the rear turnbuckle inner ball joint. Right between the original 9 mounting holes and the later inner mount hole. There final decision was the upper inner on the original 9 mounting holes. Thought it had all good tires. The rear Losi tire has a slash like a razor along one of the side walls. No inner rings on the insides of any off the 3 piece wheels. Oh yhea, the butchered chassis. OMG! A monkey drilling without a tempelate could of drilled those Stealth mounting holes on this 6 gear chassis better than that. What about the battery tray? 11 battery slots in the chassis whitch is why this chassis was made and they drill some more holes and mount the battery inline. The buggy has a RPM transmission but it's a 2.65:1 ratio which is for the truck. If anything it should of had a 1.98:1 transmission. Blue front shocks. Grey rears with brushed caps.

Then that truck. Whom ever built it must of been blind because even people who are colorblind can see shades. 9 different colors. The only white nylon between both rc's are the front caster blocks on the truck. And whats up with blowing the anno off the chassis. After you blast It you can still see all the scratches. It just looks terrible.

I can't wait to rip these hooked up has-bins apart and dye all the parts black.

The front kick-up and battery slots on the graphite chassis weren't a hack job. I expect fredswain is going to probably want to have a word with you later. :?

Also I like the dye job on the truck. You've got it backwards it's the colorblind who only can see in monotones and two-tones. :P

That Raborn chassis definitely has some extra, poorly drilled holes in it. It looks like they tried to run the stealth in mid motor and drilled those holes poorly too. That chassis is supposed to be on a lowered vehicle. I've seen worse though. I just fixed a chassis like that by mixing some graphite into some epoxy and filling in the holes. I don't really understand why someone would run that chassis with a center mounted battery but then again that helped contribute to its status as a pos build! When done properly, an oval car built around that chassis is actually quite nice.

No the kickplate and battery slots are not hacked and yes I have seen worse too. it does look like they tried the spinarooni on the trans. I got the rc's apart. I dyed some parts last night. Mostly just the RPM stuff. I already put the RPM rear carriers on one of my shelfers. It's time to clean up the um "bling" . I have a RPM kit I'm going to use on the shocks. The shocks also have the titanium coated piston shafts.

I thought I was colorblind then I found out I just watch antenna television. 8)

I got the shocks cleaned out. This place is such a mess it took me 2 hours to find all the RPM shock parts. I think There are 2 or 3 more spacers floating around. Does anyone know what kind of pistons them are? Something new to me. 2 piece piston. Obviously something modern going with the shafts. Probably like a T4 mod?

You've got some really nice parts there so why so angry? You should enjoy rebuilding and wrenching these old cars and bring them back to a better life 8)

I didn't mention the dude forgot to ship the transmitter. Said I'll ship it this Sat. All the buggy arms and adjoining parts are all toast. All the hingepin holes are streched out. I have dyed all the parts and feel better. I guess the truck wasn't so bad besides the chassis. With a few extra titanium turnbuckles I had There are now 2 full sets including the 2 small ones for the servo and between the steering arms. Actully I think I have a solid RPM link for the rack. I gotta say the shocks are going to be nice. Still gotta go threw the trans. I think I'm going to rebuild the truck first. I have a blacked out pre roller already built so it's just a matter of switching the parts over.
