TRX-3 Repro bodied

Post by DennisM »

Couldn´t find a TRX-2 so I guess the TRX-3 will have to do
Freshly spilled paint - didn´t go exactly as planned, but stickerbomb is the new black.
Being unable to find one single traxxas sticker in my fine, rare and excuisit collection of rc stickers and decals, I was seconds away from rebadging it with a Kyosho logo.

Next on the program must be a thorough cleaning

Looks good Dennis 8)
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

why do I get the feeling you're pulling my leg?

Is it the TCP you have under there? The color combination of the springs looks right for the TCP.

Thanks Jeff -

Mr. Ed
Yes I´m just kidding, to my knowledge there´s no TRX-2. I did a thorough TRX-2 search some years ago, and the closest thing I could find, was some stuff to prevent hairloss. Didn´t buy it though :D

The Buggy I have, is a TRX-3 (at least it says so on the original box)
By comparison, the TRX-3 and the TCP seems quite similiar, apart from the obvious difference in plastic color.
But I´ve got no clue on the diff internals?

Gearbox internals are same between TRX-1, TRX-3, TCP. Buggy looks good. Is that repro from Canada or the U.K.?

Mark
Hope you're doin' something fun.

Body is from UK, haven´t tried the Canadian version yet.
No cutting lines on my body :? I guess it´s not a problem when You have the original, but it takes a while to get the lines reasonable without something to look after.
