Hey guys, Marks NIX91 car is very easy to drive. I am shocked how well it works. The car has great forward bite and rotates very well. Normally I run M4 electrons all the way around on my B5m. The NIX91 with rib fronts and electron rears was a great balance. Like Mark said the track was a dusty practice day and there wasn't a good groove like normal. I am very impressed with the car and can't wait to try it more. I was driving a little timid as I did not want to break anything but the parts seem very strong. I think this will be the next car I am building.

Nice to hear you liked it.
I drove 200 laps yesterday evening with race arms, -032 rear arm mounts and NIX63651 rear hubs. No more bouncing. Changed rear springs from silver to gold to get more steering. There is plenty of rear bite. I still have standard front camber link position. My RC-club indoor track surface is hard (tennis court) carpet so gear diff and more power would have been good options. With my B4.1WC I can easily powerslide out of the corners when NIX91 pushes on exit.
Top3 laps:
NIX91 (10.5T, no boost, ball diff): 23.3s; 23.3s; 23.5s
For reference (2 weeks ago):
B4.1WC (8.5T, boosted, gear diff): 22,9s; 22,9s; 23,0s

That is not bad at all. It just shows how competitive the car can be, and you can pull more tenths out! My race arms are in the mail but, I fear I will not be able to test until a few months. Still waiting to get back in my house, and have no where to work on my car with out other people touching. So I will just drool at all your racers and dream of soon running mine.

So you are running -3 toe and 2 degree kick (-032) ? What are the stock rear arm mounts?

Great work guys, and that is good to know about the bouncing as well since I experienced the exact same thin on my car. I just ordered the new rear hubs and rear mount set to stat working my car.

I hope to have more on my car thread soon.

I should be running a club race with mine tonight.

30 degree front bulkhead
Longer front camber link drilled
3 degree toe-in, 1 degree anti-squat
Race rear hub, long camber link

Oh dang!

I wonder if a simple plate, g10 or aluminum, under the whole rear section there would get you going again. Basically the same way traxxas braces their tub chassis

I would recommend anybody with a runner to glue the chassis edges and counter sinks.
