New purchase, found my project runner!
Bought this off eBay last night £75 posted, been looking for a project to use as a car to run in vintage, and I think I've got it! I'll post some more pics when it lands..

Congrats -
It´ll clean up like new
Looking forward to the pictures.
Just remembered seeing pictures of Your old Lazer ride, with both front arms badly bent - I´ve got a practice bumper for You

Re: New purchase, found my project runner!

tho regarding my old car, my dad called me over the weekend to say he'd found one of my old cars in the loft, from the description he gave me it might be my original zxr!, which vanished over various house moves. fingers crossed!

That looks like a really good starting point
Can already tell from the pic that its a MKII, has the rare stabilisers front and rear, and teamline front hubs
Nice find!

thanks for the input guys,
just a quick question, this car has the hpi 5 spoke white wheels fitted, they have yellowed slightly over the years, is there any way of bleaching them back white again?

Won't hurt to try the peroxide thing on them. I'd try some degreaser/cleaner on them first though...Tamiyaterror wrote:thanks for the input guys,
