Got my first well used Scorcher 25 years ago - It was purple.
This was thought as a tribute, but couldn´t find the purple paint when I was ready to sling

Who cares - just slap some paint on the wagon

Axial drivetrain, TCS chassis and Tamiya Scorcher re-release body.

I haven´t driven it yet, but with its locked diff´s and crawler motor, it would run like a stiff legged turtle

I´ve added new shocks which lowered it a bit and with a softer set of springs, it should be allright in trial/trail terrain.

Well, I got the white one in, but very disappointing. The tires which I hoped were good ended up completed dryrotted and cracked. The tranny shown in pic had no screws holding it together whatsoever. Most of the tie rods and stuff were bent....

Never had an SRB so when I saw this Buggy Champ for cheap, I had to snatch it up.

I quickly sold the gold body and ordered a Scorcher bodyset and front bodypost. Building it up, I added the Tamiya ball diff (not sure why it doesn't come...
