G'day everyone!

I'm a long time RC fan (28 years to date!) and have recently acquired a SG Coyote. This was the car I had always wanted when I started racing off road almost 3 decades ago!
I will upload some photos once I get some of it sorted.

Cheers,

Wazza22

G'day Wazza. Welcome to the site.

Looking forward to seeing the Coyote pictures. Is it 2wd or 4wd?

I picked up two 2wd Coyotes recently to make a 4wd. I'll post details and pictures up eventually.

Hi Chris,

Its a 2WD, I would love a 4WD but I have been unable to source a front gearbox housing, centre drive shaft etc.

Ill have some photos up soon.

Cheers

I just sent my rwd Coyote off to OZ a few months back! I still have a nib 4wd (it started as a fwd version and I added the parts from a rwd to complete it). Cool cars, but some major flaws like the gears, shocks, and shock mounts.

I donated the original body to TBG for them to make the mold. They are using my pic in their listing

Thank you all for the warm welcome!

I intend to run my example and thankfully it has all steel gears. I am also looking at fabricating some small shock towers and running associated shocks.

Can anyone point me in the right direction around which late model wheels would fit?

Cheers
