picked up a pair of rc10t trucks. This is the first one. Its disassembled for restoration and general cleaning. Layed out neatly to help get it right. Any info would be great. If the rear arms are right. I have white rpm front arms. Chassis Is a B stamp.

I'd say #7011, but a black motor mount is correct.

it had an orange mount the way it came. my c stamp had the black one. I know they never got changed between the 2. someone must have put a gold. one from a different truck before we got it. Are the gold mounts hard for people to find? I could put it up for sale and get the correct one.

How about the rear hub carriers. I have a big set and a smaller set. Any one know why? maybe bearings vs bushing or maybe axle conversion. but my axles are the old style. Tires are 3 piece 4 bolt with ae tires with 4 grooves and dashes in middle. and studded type rears.

RPM big bearing carriers. They use a router bearing size 1/4"x1/2" iirc

last questions. Are all the arms supposed to be black, white, or both? Make to original specs or upgrade. Would it be worth anything to restore it. I was thinking since i have 2 maybe id could make a shelf queen and a driver. question is b stamp or c stamp as the driver.

Well one of the 2 trucks done. This is the black plastic one with all the best of what i had.
rpm front and rear arms
rpm rc10t gt arm mounts rear
new tranny gears / diff rebuild
stripped and painted chassis.
flysky radio / receiver combo
turnigy brushless 17.5t 150a esc sensored
Ill snap a few under body pics later
Only my second time doing a body. Had a hard time with mounts. ended up mounting 2 times. This will be the bashing body.
The white plastic truck will be all perfect. Time period correct. Thinking about making it a buggy.

Drive them both! I bought my 8yr old son a c stamp t last week, he opted to run it instead of his b stamp gold buggy into we get another received. All of the plastic is black, the chassis has a purple tint to it. Anybody have a take on this? Also want to run cvds, after scouring the bushes, yard, and roof of my single wide. Only to find the doogbone on the track the next morn, right where the truck flipped, sweet! One question, why paint the chassis?

some people just try to cover up scratches in the anodizing. or for a certain look. Anodizing is expensive and powdercoating isnt much better.

My mom works at a machine shop. she has the c stamp chassis and is trimming the sides down and buffing and polishing it. also going to hard anodize it with a different batch of parts. It will be grey ano. cant wait to see how it looks.
