Hi. Overall length is 274 mm on both XL/XLS. Identical in the stick pack versions, for the XLS you also got the saddle pack configuration.

I have done a bit of digging but was opting for the easy route :D and to pic peoples brains how much of the xl/xls parts were shared with the early procats cus the motor mounts I got with the chassis are identical with the ones for my Procat

So this is what I have the chassis measures 273mm and the top deck is 227mm so is about right

The differences described in the thread DennisM linked to covers the important basics, and most probably what you need. However there are many subtle differences from the SWB to, and including the Procat - nearly all the parts have to be listed to cover it all. That said nearly all of the parts are interchangeable. If you really want to dive into the small details there is a bit of work ahead. Just mentioning your motor plates - all four (SWB, XL, XLS and Procat) are idendical execpt for one hole.

I think You´ve got a homemade version of the PK chassis

If it was based on the pk one they used a xl chassis as to me it looks more or less the same but what about the wishboans. And I got the motor plates that from what I could see came from that chassis

I think the wishbones are homemade too.
Let´s see the transmission plates

Thi will have to do for now as they are at work

Now looking at the trans plates you can see it only has one hole at the rear top corner as oppose to the two in the Procat plates

Here's a Procat one I have and where my index finger is there are two holes

Edit
Looking at the manure for the xl that has two holes and the xls has two so I take from that it was based on a xl then

Here are some more details on the motor plates. All refering to the two holes by your index finger:

SWB and XL: only upper hole
XLS: both holes
Procat: only lower hole

That makes one hole difference between the different models. In my world your machined option plate above is XLS, not Procat.
Also posting a picture of some PK parts. Chassis plates are XL/XLS and the motorplates are Procat with the lower hole.

Now that's a stash of very nice parts you have there. So I'm now to the thinking that i have acquired a home made copy of some sort but would it be useable to build a xls hybrid ?
