RJ Speed body on my TC3 with 200mm conversion. Now I just need some wider type CCs for the back.

That looks really nice and I'm guessing you painted it flat black on the outside? I do like the wheel choice. Can you get them with wider offset?

Thanks guys. I'm trying to find the 31mm for the back but HPI shows them as discontinued. The body is actually painted from the inside. I then masked the bumpers and windows on the outside and sprayed it with Rustoleum Painters Touch Matte overspray that gives it the flat look. You can't tell in the pics but the windows and bumpers are still glossy. The Painters Touch I bought at Home Depot. I also tried some Valspar fist overspray from Lowes but I don't recommend it cause the spray is too thick and tends to bubble some on application and if has a very strong toxic Oder. The Rustoleum had a finer spray, great coverage and wasn't as harsh.

If you can't find the 31mm width wheels you could try using a longer axle and use wider hex's to get the wheel spacing more to your liking. I looked on ebay and did not see any of the 31mm wheels. They must be really hard to find.

Thanks for the tips on the painting. That is a great idea for getting the flat look with out worrying about accidently scuffing the outside.

Ya I'm not sure why HPI only discontinued the 31mm but still sells the 26mms. I have 31mms in other styles but I like this look the best so I'll keep trying to find the wide ones.
