rubing probleme

rubing probleme

hi everyone im building a rc10 gooldpan to practice at are local track just to have fun.but my problem began when i decided to put some turnbukel insted of the original treaded rod. now the turnbuckle fron the steering belcrank rubs on the ballcup on the shock tower when turning full and compressed suspension. usinig steering bellcrank asc6252. thanks if anyone have an idea

It looks like you have the nut for the bellcrank backwards, lifting the entire assembly. Usually you install the screw, the the bushing, bellcrank, bushing, and then the t nut goes down from the top. Add the thin shim to the t nut if using bearings

thanks it seems to have help a litle but still rub at full steering and when compressing suspension

What caster blocks? Maybe with the angle of the steering arms they are touching?

The ball have to be in the most inner hole of the shock tower with the wide track arms. Use some longer tie rod.

its done look good thanks. went at the indoor carpet track yesterday was fun to drive with the wide track front and wedge 2.2 tires in front had lot of grip in the turn but need to fit pin point 2.2 tires in the back. any suggestion on how to fit 2.2 wheels at the back saw lot of option in the treath on how to fit 2.2 at the back. will try to put 12mm hex on my 1/4 mip cvd first
