I dont think he is looking for an apprasial of his car but rather a reasonable suggestion on what he should offer.
I guess you should have asked how much should i pay fo an MX4? the answer is still pretty much the same...whatever you are willing to reasonably pay for it, depending on condition and parts that come with it.

So, just to play devils advocate here, next time I want to sell something and I don't know what it is worth, I should ask what I should pay for a similar item. Then I can list it for the amount the forum recommends I pay for said item

Hey, actually the MX-4 is so worthless people have to pay you so you can take it off their hands!
