Here's my winter snow truck for this year adapting bits from last years "Snowbird RC10T3" and applying them to this one. if you're wondering (or don't recall) about the name, it's a spin-off from the product name of the Dubro landing gear skis for airplanes that I'm using on this It needs just a little more work on the ski mounts, but I should have that sorted this week. Besides the platform change, I utilized my custom undertrays in an under and over set-up to keep the snow out. This should be fun to mess around with over the winter months
The skis are ABS Dave, you can get them or order them anywhere I haven't run this version truck yet it's recently built, maybe Sunday or Monday? Here's last years build on the T3 platform ...
I have seen that video somewhere... ABS makes much more sense. The skis I had were so thick and blocky, no performance at all. (Blocky is a word right? hehe)
I might have to grab a set of those. The drive system seems to hook up right away.
I was bored and want to bash around, we'll see how it goes in the snow :lol:
The Skis are Du-bro Snowbirds. If you try this do not use Park Flyers as they are Lexan, the Snowbirds are polyethelene. I tossed on a rear pair of shocks up front to make...

Bid got it for 66.00 plus shipn no protector film has some marks from sitn on things but barely see it in the light.Put all rpm green fasteners on it and shock spring holders,need the adjustment clamps in green to match up.DON

we race on an indoor oval carpet track. i will post some pics of our next race but that won't be till the last saturday of the month. as for the gearbox no problems yet 8) the ss4300 is a mild brushless. comparable to a 19 turn brushed motor....

I'm still very new to RC cars/trucks and I am having a problem with my RC10t. I just tried putting in a new stock electric motor in my RC10t. (my first time attempting this) The problem is once I got it hooked up the truck will only go in reverse...

There should be a reversing switch on your transmitter, that will revers the signal for the throttle trigger.
Well I got bored and never had the heart to throw this truck out. I have had this for 14 years and am now going to get it running again. I have cleaned all the parts and found some parts I needed. The stealth trans has been rebuilt, new RPM a-arms...
