Awesome, a very nice piece. What will that do for the market on the older RPM gear covers in white?

It's available for order on RPM's website, just snagged a couple.

I emailed JConcepts and asked, when will 2318 JConcepts RC10 precut chassis protective sheet be available? the answer I recived was "At this time we have not placed the item into production. We do offer the clear universal sheet #1155. " I hope this doesn't mean JConcepts has abandoned the 2318 RC10 precut chassis protective sheet .

Looks like the Worlds car detonator is about to get released.....
....n I noticed AE just came out with front .71 v2 threaded shock bodies.

okay, i'm gonna be thick headed.... are these .71 v2 12mm big bores? doesnt the kit already come with .71 v2 10mm 'standard' bores, meaning this is just replacement parts, not a new part.

even more odd....the kit part # and the 'new' part # are the same, 7438 - they just released them separate from the kit?

The kit is fitted with the .71 shocks, the .89 is a typo that wasn't spotted till it was released.. My guess on them being sold separately now is the kits took all the available .71 shocks till now hence the availability... Anyone seen the 6254 bellcrank sets? It is the plastic parts only,no bushings or hardware. The colour is a hella peroxide white nothing like the other parts.. I am glad to have the rere but some colour conformity would be nice..

Check out the pictures of 6252 and 6254 both essentially the same parts however the 6252 has a very similar look to all the other parts and the 6254 is bleached bright white in comparison. Gomachv you thought I was on about the standard classic kit steering I think but there are two different packaged sets of the worlds bellcranks..

I see what your saying about the two, I thought they were the same color/material. My comment was just mentioning the original worlds white bellcranks had the different white tone than the other parts bitd as well

Has anyone tried this new aluminum top shaft DHawk racing came out with for the Worlds car. I'm debating on ordering one for my stock class racer I'm still building.

Lemme erase my last comment.....I'm thinking I'm being helpful, meanwhile I'm probably sounding like a total noob....
