I have a set of METAL pinion and spur gears for the kyosho scorpion, tomahawk or any other circuit 1000 series buggies.

These look to be aftermarket parts and metal with chrome plating. Could anyone tell more on them. These set is for the low drive setup. The gears on the left are kyosho standard gears thats available with the kits.

Thanks, Aron, thread revised. I'd be happy with just knowing who/ company made them, a little history behind these. There are kyosho veterans here who would be knowing about them, thanks!

That center gears are probably made by Dirt Burners.

Just got these in the mail, talk about heavy metal!
Should last a lifetime, wonder why they used steel instead of aluminum?

Look how fast an aluminum final gear lasts in an ultima/optima and they are running on a plastic diff gear. Id be glad they are steel! Look beefy!

That's friggin awesome. Want! The centre gear in my Turbo Scorpion is such a weak link. I want to use the car as it has been rebuilt and is ready to rockunroll, but the centre gears are likely to get shredded and they're so very hard to find :/
