Quiz game - What PB body is this and what car could be hidden?

Got this body with a certain pan car some time ago. The previous owner did a bad paint job to the body but otherwise it´s near new as the car and very rare. I know what body this is but thought it might a good idea not just showing brand or type but making a quiz game out of this.

So who is the first one knowing this body and what car could be hidden?

PB Elfin body on the PB Sizzler it was made for. I have one myself.

According to PB, full name of the body is PB Elfin Cavan.
