Where do I find pinions in module 1 made in aluminum (not steel) size 13T, 14T and 15T for 1/8” or 5mm motor shafts?

Aluminium, I don't know... industrial suppliers maybe? Still, aluminium is weak for a motor pinion, there's a reason they're made of other alloys... Good luck

http://www.sdp-si.com/ has some aluminum gears that might work as pinions.

Team Durango has a few too but they're 18t or larger.
