W5111 One way fits optima, stinger, slingshot etc

Post by GoMachV »

I was curious if the superten one way was the same old one way that goes for big bucks- I did confirm it is a fit. I needed one for my slingshot and took a few pics along the way. Should fit any optima style gear diff housing, or similar like stinger, mini inferno, etc.

Yep you are right, it does fit the mids as well. I was searching for an eternity for a Mid one-way then thought I'd give that one-way a shot and it fit.
I bought a second one to keep "just in case" lol

I see the Option House Optima Mid front one ways periodically on eBay along with the front ball diffs. Unlike rear Option House ball diffs which seem to not turn up that often.

Nice to see a cheaper alternative in any case.

I have a spare ultima option house diff nip. I assume its probably only the diff gear that is different?

In the case of the ball diffs the outdrives may also be different.

Regarding the one-way, that is exactly the same part as the one for the electric Kyoshos. Another case of "same part, different part number"

Trinity and Parma also made these and I believe before Kyosho. I have found several of both for far less. So when stumbling through 1/2 off boxes remember to look for these gems!
